General Goal:
Support MC, DJ, Mandiles and Floor employees as well as maintain equipment, props and wardrobe in good condition.
Responsibilities:
- Directly assists in Gire activities.
- Keeps the department equipment in good shape, clean and complete.
- Keeps the dressing rooms clean and in good shape.
- Respects the guests, never makes them feel ridicule.
- Fills the balloon containers.
- Fills confetti bags. Changes the CO2 tank on the confetti machine when needed.
- Helps out Service personnel with dances and choreography.
- Checks that the microphones are working. Keeps entertainment equipment in its place ready for use.
- Keeps the karaoke song lists at hand. Keeps CO2 tanks in its place.
- Mingles with guests during the Gire, makes them participate and dance.
- Runs the confetti machine at the end of the Gire.
- Distributes wigs and costumes to the waiters, collects and stores them at the end of the Gire.
- Helps the MC whenever needed. Keeps the Gire room clean and in order.
- Helps the Mandil Gire with purchases and contacts.
- Makes a weekly equipment and props inventory.
- Makes sure that gires begin at the established times.
- Actively participates in the creation, planning and start up of parties and gires.
- Clocks out at the end of his/her shift.
- Picks up any trash or papers found lying around. Puts back in its place anything that is out of place.
- Carries out any task or job suggested by managers or those that are necessary to keep our standards of quality and those that are needed to keep our guests happy.
- Carries out all the activities written in the SOA (Anderson's Operating System).
- Knows the Quality Policies.
- Works towards achieving all quality goals.
- Helps out with constant improvement of all procedures.
